Service Description

One on one class designed to introduce you to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and prepare you for our group class. Monday-Wednesday: 11:30am-12:00pm or 6:45pm-7:15pm Thursday-Friday: 11:30am-12:00pm Saturday: 10:30am-11:00am PS: the duration is 30mins.
