We are canceling the kids class this Thursday due to TRICK OR TREATING! Go enjoy this fun night with your little ones!!!

Prof Eric is also cancelling his competition training to spend the day with his birthday son. Happy birthday Isaac!!! 

On Friday though, we will play games in costumes with the kids for the whole class time!!! So, dress up your kids and bring them in for a fun day!!!

Please no painting, glitter or anything that will get our mat dirty as we will have the adults class right after and we won’t have time to clean the mat.
