Starting tomorrow, Tim Pasquale will bring all his skills and energy to our mats on his morning Fitness classes.
With a vast experience in Personal Training and Nutrition, Tim will help you achieve your goals in fitness, whether you are trying to loose that undesired weight or gain some muscles. Kettlebell, Cardiobell, TRX, Personal Training, Fitness Training, Nutrition certified, he will adapt his classes to help you achieve your goals.
